Dressage Today is happy to offer a great schooling opportunity to this amazing horse as she shies strongly away from the camera the first time by! Christoph encourages the rider to stay in the shoulder in as he helps the horse work through the hotness. They use the shoulder in on a circle by the camera to help the horse relax. Adding 10-meter circles in the corners increases the obedience and suppleness. It also sets them up for the next exercise of half pass. The next step is shoulder in to half pass to shoulder in to half pass, and we see the horse have more balance and bending in the work.
