Teaching various horse and rider combinations, Allison works on correct position, and explains the difference between simply following the horse, and being in the motion with them. Viewers accompany Allison as she takes riders through the gaits and through leg yields and other maneuvers with the end goal of getting them in balance and moving with their horse at the forefront.
