Starter Rider Position and Introduction to Water | Mary D’Arcy

Mary D'Arcy works with a starter level rider cross country with rider position and introducing her horse to the water obstacle. She starts with fine tuning the riders position including improving the stability of the riders lower leg by bringing it more forward. Per the riders request they introduce the horse to water first by walking through it then trotting then cantering. They finish by cantering through the water and out over a log jump to finish on a positive note.
