All horses presented for the first jog at the FEI Jumping World Championships in Aachen, Germany, passed, though two—Armando Trapote’s Tornado VS (Spain) and Caroline Rehoff Pedersen’s Polonis L (Denmark)—were required to represent this morning. Both passed on re-inspection.

Five pairs are ready to represent the Icon Global U.S. Jumping Team: Mr Boombastic (Natalie Dean), Baloutinue (Laura Kraut), High Star Hero (McLain Ward), Fasther (Lillie Keenan) and Out of the Blue SCF (Katie Dinan).

Since the U.S. squad was announced in late July, two roster changes took place: Marilyn Little withdrew La Contessa and was replaced by Dean with Mr Boombastic, and Kraut announced she would ride her direct alternate horse, Baloutinue, instead of the originally named Bisquetta.

Today, the show jumpers have moved on to arena familiarization in the main stadium, with the first competition round occurring Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. local time (3:30 a.m. Eastern).
